Who we are

Freewave Apps Ltd ("Freewave", "we") is a company registered in England & Wales, company number 17348784. We build mobile and web apps, and this policy covers this website, freewaveapps.app. You can reach us any time at hello@freewaveapps.app.

This website

This site does not ask you to create an account, does not run advertising or analytics trackers, and does not set cookies for tracking purposes. If you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply, and for as long as the conversation is useful to both of us.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability. These are held under the provider's own retention rules and we do not use them to identify visitors.

Our apps

Each of our apps handles data in its own way and explains it in its own privacy notice, available inside the app and on its store listing. This page only covers the company website. If you have a question about data in any Freewave app, email us and we will answer plainly.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@freewaveapps.app and we will respond within a month. If you are not happy with how we handle a request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date. We will not quietly weaken it.
